Why the company is called Alea

Alea iacta est. The die is cast. It is what you say at the moment a decision stops being reversible. Every change to how a firm runs is that kind of decision. New process, new pricing, new system. I build the systems and I run the engagements. Before Alea I spent years inside operations that ran on email, spreadsheets and goodwill, watching good teams lose hours to coordination nobody owned. Alea runs on its own systems. Outreach, content, pipeline and reporting all run without me touching them, which is how I know what this actually does and where it stops.
