Structure
Two divisions: Alea Applied AI, AI systems inside founder-led firms held to written criteria, and Alea Defense & Space, a Portuguese company building Obsidian, a lethal uncrewed combat aircraft with an AI targeting and engagement core, human on the loop, and ObsidianOS, its AI mission and targeting layer, built first. ObsidianOS is built by Alea Applied AI: the same engineers and the same rules, in both divisions.
